Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law in accordance with Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, under Sections 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect arises only from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of an infringement, we will remove the relevant content without delay.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot accept responsibility for that content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements when the links were created, and no unlawful content was apparent at that time. Continuous monitoring of linked content is not reasonable without specific indications of an infringement. If we become aware of an infringement, we will remove the relevant links without delay.
Copyright
The content and works created by the website operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, modification, distribution and any use beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the relevant author or creator. Downloads and copies of this website are permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Where content was not created by the operator, third-party copyrights are respected; in particular, third-party content is identified as such. If you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us. If we become aware of an infringement, we will remove the relevant content without delay.
